Medicare Providers

First Coast Service Options (FCSO) is proud to serve nearly 85,000 providers and physicians in Florida and Connecticut. Whether you are a Florida Medicare Part A or B provider or Connecticut Part B provider, our web sites will give you valuable information to assist you as a provider or supplier participating in the Medicare program.

These provider Web sites give you access to important information like final and draft local coverage determination (LCD), Medicare publications, education and training events, Medicare fee schedules, provider enrollment, and electronic data interchange (EDI) specifications. You can also subscribe to an electronic mailing list feature, eNews, that will notify you of web site updates and other time-sensitive Medicare information.

Medicare Beneficiaries

FCSO is proud to serve more than three million of America’s seniors and people with disabilities and the physicians and health care providers who care for them in Florida and Connecticut. Our responsibility is very clear: to meet our customers’ expectations the first time, every time, and where necessary, to go the extra mile.

A special Web site has been created for Medicare beneficiaries and the people who help them make important decisions. Here you will find valuable information to assist you as a participant of the Medicare program. This Web site can be used to locate helpful telephone numbers and other sources for obtaining Medicare-related information.

Small And Disadvantaged Businesses

FCSO is committed to establishing and maintaining relationships with Small and Disadvantaged Businesses - commonly referred to as SADBUS firms. We believe that it is not only a good practice but also good business as these firms bring in services, fresh perspectives and new processes, which ultimately benefit our customers. Today FCSO enjoys a range of relationships with SADBUS firms (spending over $1.2 million in 2006 with these firms) and we continue to look for new and innovative ways to engage the right small business partners. If you are a small business and are interested in exploring a relationship with FCSO, send an e-mail to Diana Haramboure at Diana.Haramboure@fcso.com.
