Cooperativa (COSVI)
First Coast Service Options (FCSO) performs subcontract provider enrollment work for Cooperativa (COSVI). COSVI is the Part A fiscal intermediary for Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. FCSO processes CMS 855 enrollment applications for Part A providers (e.g., hospitals, skilled nursing facilities) that involve changes of information such as addresses or change of ownership. We are pleased to be able to support COSVI in completing this work for 2007.
