Sandy Coston, Chief Executive Officer & President First Coast Service Options (FCSO) has been committed to Medicare program administration since the program’s inception. Headquartered on Florida’s first coast, FCSO is one of Jacksonville’s largest employers with more than 1,100 staff in the city. Approximately 130 other associates are located in field offices in Miami, Orlando and Tampa, Florida and Meriden, Connecticut. |

Curtis Lord, FCSO Vice Chair We contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide quality Medicare administrative services to more than three million beneficiaries and the health care providers who care for them in Florida and Connecticut. These services include claims processing, customer service and various education and outreach activities. |
