Rose Crum-Johnson, member, First Coast’s Board of Directors.

Rose Crum-Johnson is a member of First Coast’s Board of Directors. She spent 10 years at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as the Dallas Regional Administrator, the Southern Consortia Administrator, and most recently, as the Regional Administrator in Atlanta. Two of her significant accomplishments include her directing activities of CMS’ Miami satellite office; the first office CMS established to fight fraud and abuse in the Medicare Program. She also orchestrated the approaches and processes used to respond to the devastation of the 2004 hurricane season, primarily in Florida. Prior to joining CMS, Crum-Johnson had a distinguished 15-year career at the Social Security Administration, including serving as the deputy regional commissioner at the Chicago and the Dallas offices.
