Sue Williams
Sue Williams is the vice president of claims processing and appeals operations.
In this role, Williams leads the claims, appeals and production systems support departments for our JH, JL and JN MAC contracts. She has a bachelor’s of art in business administration and economics from McDaniel College and a master’s of business administration from Loyola University.
