Laura Minter
Laura Minter is the vice president of clinical operations. GuideWell Source has three wholly owned subsidiaries, First Coast Service Options (First Coast), Novitas Solutions (Novitas) and GuideWell Allegiance.
In this role, she leads the clinical operations teams for our JH, JL and JN MAC contracts. These teams include medical affairs, the contractor medical directors, informatics, medical review, prior authorization, and clinical operations support (COS) which includes the comprehensive error rate testing (CERT) support and unified program integrity contractor (UPIC) support functions.
Laura has a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration and Economics from Wilson College. She also has an associates of arts in Correctional Rehabilitation from Harrisburg Area Community College. Laura has also earned an Essentials of Management Program certification from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
